SALON POLICIES

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING

Timeliness and Cancellations

To ensure you are given the ultimate hair experience, we ask you arrive promptly – at the time of your scheduled appointment.  Should you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to abbreviate or reschedule your appointment to avoid inconvenience and disruption of service to other clients.  Appointments that are rescheduled without a 24 hour notice may be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee. 

 

 

Cancellations

Same-Day Cancellations: Tuesday-Friday will result in a $15 fee. 

Saturday Cancellations: Will result in a charge of 50% of the service scheduled. 

No-call/no-show: $30 fee charged

 

 

Required Deposits for Services over $100

A deposit for services over $100 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service at the time of checkout. Deposits are refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. 

 

 

Preparing for Your Appointment

Please inform us at the time of scheduling if you will arrive with your hair in twists, braids, extensions, dirt/debris or EXCESSIVE oil. An up-charge will be applied if hair is excessively tangled, matted, or dirty. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled (and charged accordingly) if your hair requires additional prep time.

 

 

 

Extended Time Appointments

If you are interested in scheduling an appointment for an extended time service (extensions/sew-in, braids, etc.) we ask that you plan ahead and book your appointment two weeks prior to your preferred appointment time. Please be mindful these services require an allotment of additional time. Please notify us when making an appointment if you will arrive with your hair in a condition that will require additional time ( e.g. excessively tangled, braided, twisted, matted, excessive dirt or grease. 

 

For added convenience, online booking will be available January 1st, 2019. Appointments may still be scheduled by phone during normal business hours. 

 

 

Follow-Up Services

Our goal is to satisfy each of our clients during each visit to CWR Hairworks. If you are not satisfied or encounter a problem with any service after you have left the salon, please contact our front desk staff immediately. Issues presented more than three days following the service may result in a full charge for your desired service. 

 

 

Purchasing Hair

We do offer the option to clients to purchase hair through our salon. Our hair vendor is Indique Hair. Hair should be ordered at least two WEEKS prior to your scheduled appointment. 

 

 

 

CELL PHONES

We ask that you please be considerate of others by silencing your cell phones, and refraining from taking calls during your service. 

 

GUESTS

Seating in our reception area is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring company with you to your appointment. Our salon floor is reserved for clients receiving services.  Guest who are not being serviced are not allowed beyond the reception area.

 

 

 

Children in the Salon

To ensure that we can provide you with the most relaxing service possible, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to the salon unless the child has a scheduled appointment Clients arriving with children may be asked to reschedule. 

 

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments in the form of cash, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
